The funeral is over. The friends that have supported you during these days since the death have returned to their homes and normal way of life, but you may feel you cannot return to 'normal life' as your life has changed dramatically.

The death of a relative or loved one can leave us shocked, upset, angry and unsure of where to turn. Friends attempt to comfort us with kind words, andtelling you to 'Be strong'. They mean well, but cannot fully understand our feelings.
